Montenegro Royal was established in 2006, with a mission to find the most exclusive land plots in Montenegro and develop top end residential developments for the discerning buyer.

The company brings a lot of experience from earlier high quality developments in Norway and Sweden, done through our international sister companies. After accomplishments in developing and later marketing and successfully selling top quality product in northern Europe, the next logical step was to broaden the perspective to the holiday home market of the south of the continent - Montenegro.

Since Montenegro was recently crowned the upcoming tourist destination in Europe, as newcomers to the market we were looking to find the best plots for our luxury residential product, knowing that sooner than later the country would be flooded with international and regional developers.
